The public area does not publish names, contact details, professional registration numbers or other directly identifying elements. Public data is shown only at AE/ENA level, in aggregated institutional form.

Categories of data processed

• Registration and contact data: professional name, full name when provided, email and professional registration number.
• Access and validation data: associated AE/ENA, account status, validation dates and additional access requests.
• Authenticated submission data: minimum AE/ENA characterization and minimum professional characterization of the reporting professional.
• Technical and audit data: authentication logs, version history and administrative operations.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Manage access requests, validate professional status and activate accounts.
• Enable the authenticated reporting area, version history and annual access revalidation.
• Produce public indicators and aggregated statistics, without individual publication of professional characterization.
• Ensure security, auditing, misuse prevention and technical maintenance of the platform.
• Carry out follow-up contacts related to platform management, revalidation, data updates, clarification requests and studies directly connected to the platform's development.

Processing is based on managing the registration requested by the user, on the legitimate interest in maintaining platform integrity, and on the explicit consent collected during the registration flow for the processing described on this page.

Publication, recipients and retention

• The public area displays only aggregated information at AE/ENA level.
• Individual professional data is not published; it is used only for aggregated statistics, validation and administrative management.
• Account, access and audit data are kept for as long as needed for security, traceability, revalidation and version-history purposes.
• When an account is no longer operationally relevant, data may be reviewed, anonymized or deleted in line with the platform's legal, technical and administrative needs.

User rights

You may request access to your personal data, as well as rectification, updating or deletion, within the limits compatible with the platform's administrative and statistical integrity.

You may also withdraw consent for follow-up contacts or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes. Authenticated access, administrative validation and version history are used as security and traceability measures within the system.
