The public area does not publish names, contact details, registration numbers or other direct identifiers. Public data is aggregated at AE/ENA level.

- Registration and contact data: professional name, full name when provided, email and professional registration number.
- Access and validation data: associated AE/ENA, account status, validation dates and additional access requests.
- Authenticated submission data: AE/ENA characterization and professional characterization of the reporter.
- Technical and audit data: authentication logs, version history and administrative operations.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Manage access requests, validate professional status and activate accounts.
- Enable the authenticated reporting area, version history and annual access revalidation.
- Produce public indicators and aggregated statistics, without individual publication of professional characterization.
- Ensure security, auditing, misuse prevention and technical maintenance of the platform.
- Carry out contacts about platform management, revalidation, data updates and clarification requests.
Processing is based on registration management, legitimate interest in platform integrity and consent collected during registration.
Publication, recipients and retention

- When no longer operationally relevant, data may be reviewed, anonymized or deleted.
