Each point on the map represents a school cluster or standalone public school, with an approximate location in its municipality. When more than one entity exists in the same municipality, points are slightly offset to improve readability.

The map refers to the regular school psychology provision available in each entity, as framed by the Referential for the Intervention of Psychologists in School Context. Public statistics always refer only to the observed base available at that moment.

Understanding reality is the first step towards improving psychology provision in schools. Law no. 54/2025 sets one psychologist per 500 students as a reference in public schools. This platform gathers up-to-date information reported by psychologists with validated access to make the current situation of each entity visible.
